In the forum topic; "Syd confirms Reds fight with Moss" (topic #10331): Toss2Moss84 (first post) says: "He also said Randy told him he wants to be back in purple in 2007. Read the interview here.....

Obviously Toss2Moss84 did not read the article very closely. It says: "Randy said ... he plans to be back scoring TDs and jumping to me in 2007." All this means is that when the Raiders visit the Vikings in 2007 (as per the KNOWN schedule), that Moss "plans" ("hopes") to jump to Syd a couple of times. It does not mean that Randy wants to be back in purple by then.

I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

thats gonna look pretty silly when a raider scores a touchdown and he jumps into a viking fan.

what is sid gonna do? cheer for both teams when they are on offense? so that way the vikings score, but so do the raiders so that he gets to hug randy again?

When is Randy's current contract up? I've read that he didn't want to leave..., who knows he could easily come back, if he still wants to when his contract is up.

I agree. Collins will be looking for him all game and ESPN is going to cover it for the next 72 hours after it happens.

Doesnt really matter when his contract is up. Al Davis would just slap the franchise tag on him.

I live 5000 miles from minnesota, all the way in europe. 5 Years ago i had to go to the States for very strong reasons ( i was in love). There i lost a relationship BUT i won a sport that till that day thought was crap!
As i remember those first steps as a Football and specially viking fan i remember clearly in my head a friend father that took me in for some days screaming at the tv: "give the ball to Randy Moss", " trow the ball to Moss". I will never forget that cause of that me, and a dozen more now follow the vikings as much as we can " as much as anyone can". I know where better of but still; EXACTLY LIKE a personal relatioship that and you know can never be again cause its simply DOESNT WORk, you still dream of that day where perhaps, just perhaps you can be together and happy again! and i think thats a good dream. If that day comes, ill make my second trip the the US.
