I don't think I agree with you on that point. I could see the drama queen part, even though there was never drama until TO got there, but I think McNabb is the better quarterback. He's been to 3 NFC Championship games, a super bowl and has had numbers similar to Daunte with worse recievers. I think if you gave McNabb Randy Moss his numbers would be right up there with Pep's, if not better. Just look at the season he had when they had TO, he had 31 TDs and 8 Ints.

McNabb is great, but I'd rather keep Daunte.

Re: PTI suggests Culpepper trade for McNabb

I'm not a big Daunte guy but his talent is indisputable. With McNabb i just don't see him having quite the natural ability as Daunte. Just my opinion. McNabb completely embarrassed himself in that Super Bowl, playing it way to slow when his team was down. In an SI article about Bill Belechic a few months ago it said he couldn't beleive that McNabb was moving the offense so slowly and taking so much time off the clock and at one point Belechic had to ask one of his assistants if he had the score right.

If anything the trade is a wash and therefore pointless. Why make a trade just to make a trade?

An Eagles trade would mean that they can keep TO. More trade value for them outta McNabb than Owens.

I don't see getting rid of mcnabb, enabling phily to keep TO. TO has more enemies then mcnabb on that eagles team, in fact he has WAY more enemies then friends on that team.

This trade has absolutely zero percent chance of happening, but if it were me, I would do it. Mcnabb has shown he is a great WC QB and isn't coming off such a serious injury as Daunte is. Mcnabb has also shown he can carry and offense without a star WR, which we have yet to really se daunte do.

Won't happen, but I'd do it.

After McNabb's comments the other day, I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole.

(I wouldn't want to do that to the pole)

I'd have to be gay to touch him with my 10 foot pole, and I'm not, so I guess I wouldn't either.

while the trade would be interesting i belive it would be foolish i say we start over with a new younger qb to build the offense around.

those pti guys are so dumb, they are just making stuff up; mcnabb is the face of the beagles and pepper is kinda the face of the vikings. but hey i don't want a quarterback whos career can easily be ended with one hit and not a freak hit either just a hit to the knee and we all know people will be trying to hit his knee when they play us. but i say heck no i don't want to see any soup commercials in a vikings uniform or his goofy mom at our stadium running her mouth.
I don t buy Wisconsin cheese.
