I am going to have to disagree just a bit here with what the write said.

Calvin Johnson is not good enough to win ROY without a good QB.
A WR will accomplish nothing if the QB cant throw the ball, and if the line cant block.

The Lions do have a running game, so at least teams will not be able to focus on one aspect of the Lions offense.

Don't get me wrong, CJ is good, but as a WR you need help to be ROY.
