    Props to Wiggins and Mixon

Good point packsux! I'm glad he did, he's a solid veteran and even if he doesn't play he can help our young guys!

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

Kenny Mixon played pretty well, but I do not think he should have the starting DE position.

Unless he really comes out strong in training camp and the preseason Scott will probably start.

It is great that he took that pay-cut, and that shows confidence on our team, they all know we will succeed and our willing to take pay-cuts

That was great of Mixon to do. He realized that the extra cap means the Vikings have more spending money. I believe he likes the way the Vikings are headed in them ACTUALLY spending money this offseason. Way to go Mixon! The Vikings staff and players are starting to impress me more and more with their decisions. I can't believe it.

3."Duct tape won t fix that."
    4."Checkmate."
5."Nope, no more for me. I m driving tonight."

    * If you can believe it, the Vikings opened up even more cap space Wednesday. Kenny Mixon, who weas scheduled to make $3.8 million this year and $4.5 million in 2006, tore up his deal -- agreeing to stay this year for $750,000 and have the 2006 portion of his deal voided.

I also read that Wiggins could have gotten more money from another team, but decided to stay here for less.

I really like to see some of our guys do that...it shows heart.
There HAS to be somthing more to that story that we dont know about...there just HAS to be.

he also figured he was going to get cut and would only sign for the veteran minimum anyways with a new team... might as well stay with a system you know if your gonna make the same $ no matter where u go
I KNEW there was a catch to that nice story!

I hope all of this is a new chapter for the team. Players actaully taking less to play for us! Pretty soon that may lure others to do the same!

We are really starting to come together! I cannot wait for the season to start!
hhhhmmmmm.....wasnt there a few Patriots that did that? Look what it got them.......

Hey yes I will say it shows loyalty to the Vikings, I just hope after this season the Vikes return the favor and some him some loyalty. As I recall a wideout for the Pats played both receiver/cornerback and all he got for that was cut......BOOOOOO TO THE PATS FOR THAT MOVE.

Yeah, that was pretty pathetic. I would have to say that he played a large role in them getting them to the superbowl.
