Thread: Pro Bowl Players This Year

I know it's only the half-way point, but I was going through the roster and thought I'd post my opinions on the players that have had Pro-Bowl seasons up to this point in the season (for what it's worth):

OFFENSE -

QB:
Culpepper
RB:
Onterrio Smith (5 games played)
Mewelde Moore (6? games played, 3 started)
WR:
Moss
TE:
Wiggins
GUARD:
Dixon
CENTER:
Birk


DEFENSE -

Hmm ... defensive players that have played at pro-bowl level? :?::shock:

I only see 3 players that have had a probowl season so far! They are Culpep, Dixon & Wiggins.

None of the running backs have had enough carries. Birk has not looked as good as he has in the past, and his snaps in the shotgun have not been very accurate. And that snap that hit his own ass and then went 28 yards to start the game against Indy on national TV will not help his case>

DEFENSE -

Uh, Kevin Williams. Going in to this game he led all NFL DT's with 6 sacks.

I agree with ultra and MWH...Winfield and KWill on Defense for the Pro Bowl.

Wiggins (he has done great for us but with Witten, Johnson, Shockey he will have a hard time making the cut)
Moss (I know he hasn't played nuch but when he does he is still one of the most dominant players)
Dixon
Birk
Winfield (I would vote for him but he will have a hard time making the cut, only has lots of tackles no flash stats ie:lots of INTs)

K.Will is a monster DC most certainly and If moss
gets back no doubt. Wiggins at TE .Birk on the o line.

Now when we win the Super Bowl they will select
another one or two I'm sure
