i feel for all the coaches in the league. they are either praised like they were gods until they have a bad season or everybody is calling for their heads. they are just as human as you or i, but they have a high responsiblity for the amount of money that goes into the business. i think Tice is one of the more stand up guys that i have ever seen. he doesn't just tell the media to shut up he says what he feels is what is going on, i have a lot of respect for him.

someone who agrees with me. I know I will probably get an earful for saying this but I like Tice and I always have. I hope the Vikings shape up soon because I really don't want him to get fired.

I like Tice too, but I'm starting to think that enough is enough. I am always on the side of the coach just for the fact that they are not the ones making the plays, they only call them. They are rely 100% on the performance of their players. Sure they have a hand in who plays and at times what players they pick up, but they are always putting in the players that, in their minds, are going to make the team better and help the team win. I'm just glad I am not as scrutinized in my job as coaches in the NFL are.

Scutiny comes with the territory, unfortunantly when your team under performs the coach is the punching bag.
I too like Tice and hope he gets this thing going the right way. I BELIEVE.

Tice sucks, he has sucked his whole coaching career!!! Look how much talent we have had the past three years only to go 9-7, 8-8 and were starting off bad now!!! This guy is a bafoon, whose brain is about the size of a peanut!! Tice I have good news for ya, you still have a job, but it's gona be pushing carts at Jewel Osco buddy, the only job capable for a meathead like you!!
