It's the same story as last year. The coaches never saw the same in Carter as many fans apparently did. (Some I'm sure because of a hype created by KFAN).

Now he's definitively gone, as he has been signed to the Carolina practice squad.

We should sign Buster Davis LB. He was a 3rd rd pick this year and he was cut by the Cardinals. I know we dont need a LB but we should sign him to our practice squad. For gods sake he was a 3rd rd pick...he has potential and he might be a good special teamer

I only remember him being picked at by the coaches at the senior bowl practices, where he got to look like a fat, slow, slob.
