PPO Game Banner?

Ok I just had a great idea.

What say we all chip in and have a PURPLEPRIDE.ORG Banner made and we hang it at the Viking home games?

We did this at another Viking site years ago.

That's an awsome idea man. If I lived anywhere near the Metrodome I'd help ya'll out but the truth is I'll probably never get to enjoy the rush of watching a game in the Metrodome. It'd be awsome though to see a big banner for PurplePride.Org on national television.

I'm not sure just anyone can hang anything off the banisters there...

Actually I was wondering the samething. I'm going to try and make a couple of Viking road games this year and wanted to hang a banner. It never hurts.

Make it available online...that way, fans across the country at away games could put them up in stadiums across the country wherever the Vikings play the local team. For instance, last year the fans that attended the Vikes-Skins game could have put it up in FedEx during the game...this year we could put it up for the Vikes-Ravens game Christmas Eve!!! If it was reasonably priced, I would buy one to tailgate with and then bring it into the stadium to hang up somewhere...maybe even a blanket that you could bring in to keep warm...and then hold up when the cameras scan the crowd where you are sitting!

seem to remember there being announcements before the game saying that you can't hang any banners, flags etc around ??

I definitely think it would be cool to be represented at any game where the purple and gold is playing ... afterall, we are the biggest Vikings fans on the planet.
