The Kitties' owners are just plain STUPID...not only can't they run an NFL franchise....they can't even keep what was a solid company when they had it handed to them on a silver platter (Ford) afloat.
The fans (and the shareholders of Ford) should kick THEM to the curb!!!BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

An excerpt:
...From a historical perspective, their level of play is even more remarkable, as they currently sit as the second-best of all-time in the NFL while needing to go back over 60 years to find a better unit. While most fans of the Vikings know their team has been dominant—I wonder if most know just how dominant they have been. Coming into the season, every coach thinks they have a shot to do some good things, but I also wonder if Mike Tomlin and his staff knew they had the ability to be this good. I, for one, did not. To a team that finished the 2005 season as the 19th best in the NFL, allowing an average of 115 yards per game, they added starters Ben Leber and Dwight Smith. Napoleon Harris is seeing significantly more time than he did last year and rookie Cedric Griffin has worked his way into a starting role. While all three have proven to be nice players, these four names are not typically thought of as being among the most dominant at their positions around the league, yet that is exactly what our defense has morphed into.
Breaking it down just one step further, a few other things can be found. Over the last six games (Weeks 9-14) the Vikings have allowed a total of 183 yards—or 30.5 yards per game. In two of these games—Week 11 against Miami and this week against Detroit—they allowed negative rushing yards, having surrendered -3 each game. While not all of the running backs they faced are having career years, here are the six featured rushers on these teams: Frank Gore, Ahman Green, Ronnie Brown, Edgerrin James, Thomas Jones, and Kevin Jones. Not too shabby, yet surprisingly, there has been little written about these guys. Most games we hear about the tandem of Kevin and Pat Williams, but little else is said and to compile the achievements the defense has this year certainly takes a total team effort.
To close out the season, the Vikings will face the New York Jets, Green Bay (whom they held to 47 yards in their first meeting), and by far the most dangerous running team of the bunch—St. Louis. Sunday's victory over the Detroit Lions was another step towards a postseason birth; however, just as they did on Sunday, if they are to continue moving in the right direction it will be on the back of what has thus far been one of the NFL's best run defenses of all-time...Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.
