can someone please tell me what is so special about brees, for some reason i just don't believe brees is the man for us,
Neither do I. Despite opinions to the contrary, I think that a QB with an injury to his non-plant knee is in better long-term shape then a QB with an injury to his throwing shoulder.
Daunte can always learn to be a drop-back passer and not run as much... can Brees learn to throw left handed? Also, why did the Chargers not make an offer to keep him?
Why did Brees, like Culpepper, have to get a doctors opinion to state that he would be ready for training camp...obviously it's not that "generally expected" that he will be healty for the start of the season.
Daunte's already doing footwork drills; has Brees even been able to throw a football yet?
I feel a bad mistake has been made in this QB thing.
I just wish Culpepper and Childress (or Wilf) could sit down and talk this all through like adults. Apologize like heck to each other, kiss each others butts, whatever it takes to get this all turned around and behind us. Then apologize to the fans and hit the field.
I want Culpepper back. I don't want Brees. Johnson is okay but Culpepper is better. Put a good team around Culpepper and we'll rock!
But I guess that probably won't happen. What a joke.[move]"Our day WILL come!! I just hope I LIVE long enough to see it!"[/move]

I want none of the above as a QB. Number 11 was the best out of the three, but that P.O.S. doesnt want to be here so I don't want him here.(Kinda sounds like my last girlfriend) B!tch
