He got there a little early and drew a flag.
The guy didn't call for a fair catch, Troy didn't lead with his helmet, he didn't celebrate or taunt, he just made a football mistake.
He gets there a half-second later and the announcers are talking about what a great play it was.

You're seriously calling him a "thug" for that?
Maybe soccer is more your speed.

I seriuosly doubt there is any player in the NFL that are supposed to be blocking that has NOT made an illegal hit at some point in his career ...

Point being that everyone makes mistakes ... and when you are pumped up in a game situation and very young ... people are bound to make mistakes at some point ...

I'm sure Polamalu learned from that ..., but to call him a "Thug" and "Shit-human" is way over the top, because by that definition ... I would be pretty worried about the general population in the states ..., because that would put alot of people into that category by default ...

Troy is a phenomenal talent and I wish some of our players had his drive.

Head& Shoulders Troy Polamalu :15 Commercial
    Those commercials are creepy!
The only one worse right now is the college roommate and his mother looking into each others eyes while they suck on a Halls.....now that one is just plain WRONG!
I'd much rather see the Packers miss the playoffs because of their talent then because of their injuries.

Troy is one of my favorite players, aggressive, physical and plays non stop. Similar to Jared Allen.
I bet you could use a cool one huh Clark...Now you're talkin Eddie...

except he's a pain in the ass (for the offense) safety and always takes low shots, and for that reason no safety will ever really be my favourite player.

I'm not calling him a thug, that's the youtube video's name smart one.
I'm just saying if that was a hit in the NFL, he would have gotten ejected from the game.
The ball was still a good 15 feet in the air, and there was no reason to go in full speed to clock that guy like that.

    Utter nonsense.
Those hits happen in the NFL and there aren't ejections.
He was trying to time up his hit and failed, rightfully drawing a flag.

You would have *really* hated football back in the 70s.

    LOL

He was like a half second early

Dude didn't wave and Troy reacted to his eyes and him making a gesture to about catch the ball

If you wanna bitch about someone bitch about Daunte Wesley because that actually happened recently and was actually a POS move
