Player leaders
What I'm so proud of is IMO the Vikes have some of the best player leaders in each corp on the field.
Favre is the overall leader, given his position, but mostly his experience
I also consider Favre the leader of the receivers, he seems to be helping them out all the time.
AD is a leader of the backfield, but also he's the star and leads that way off the field.
Hutch is the leader of the OL, taking over for Birk.
He has his work cut out for him with Sully and Load starting.
I think he's doing a good job.
Not improving play (coach's job), but keeping them focused and loose on the field.
I can't pick a single leader of the DL, Jared is most visible, Kevin has been here the longest and is a consistant probowler.
But Pat has the most experience and is vocal too.
This might be why the DL is so great and IMO the heart of the team.
EJ is the LB's leader, but I'm still waiting for the LB corp to step up.
I might just have been expecting more.
Winfield is the leader of the secondary, hands down.
Letting Sharper go put it all on him.
Really missed him in the last few games.
Need the on the field leader.

Re: Player leaders
Are you pro-Tim Tebow?
"There are 3 things that sell in America:
Violence, sex, and drugs.
The only way you are going to make this game more appealing to the public than it was before is if there are on field orgies at halftime and the domes become massive opium dens."

But what I know about Tebow is he's not a classic pocket QB.
Any QB that has as many ruhing attempts as passing completions isn't my kind of QB, even half as many isn't good.
I don't mind QB's that can run like Steve Young, who most would consider a pocket QB who can scramble and he was around 5th as many rushes to completions.
I use completions instead of pass attempts, because most happy feet QB's aren't very good passers i.e. Vick.
