Re: PFT says Tomlin best fit for Steelers HC
Before we worry about our defensive coordinator, we need to hire an offensive coordinator, or at least open up the playbook. I would hate to see him go. I won't be there but the chant sounds like a great idea.
Wait, if there's cat food in this bag............................
I HAVE TO CHECK ON JOLLY!!!!

Re: PFT says Tomlin best fit for Steelers HC
I'd really rather keep Tomlin here, and let's not forget PFT has been wrong before.. and is hardly regarded as a credible source of info by many in the "real media" and the teams themselves. That being said, the logic that Florio comes to can't really be faulted. If/When the Steelers look for a head coach, Dan Rooney is going to feel inclined to hire a head coach that fits the profile of the rule that bears his name.. And between Ron Rivera and Mike Tomlin there honestly ain't much else that fits the Steelers' profile.

time to do what snyder did in washington, and pay tomlin so much that he wont leave
People who see life as anything more than pure entertainment are missing the point.

Re: PFT says Tomlin best fit for Steelers HC
i hate the pft site. the people that run it are peckerheads. the tomlin idea as a head coach is stupid. hes only been a coordinator 1 year and im sure hes not ready to be a head coach. and i doubt you could switch from the 3-4 successfully in just one year.
Q: At your age, can you handle a full season?
A: I m 37, number one. I took my family to Perkins a couple of days ago, and they didn t hand me a senior citizens discount card, so I feel pretty good.
