Very good point ... though he was saying the right things there. In the end ... maybe he did not care as much as he let on.

I would have little problem with bringing Vick on for one year while Ponder and a draft pick ride the pine. Give Vick a chance to shine and earn a bigger payday.

I think that a really creative approach with Vick, Peterson, Patterson and Rudolph (Vick has always liked TEs in the flat and in the seem) could be a very potent offense.

Vick would definitely be an upgrade and after resting a season should be in good health. I'd take him over any QB currently on our roster.

I would certainly not be against Vick if the money was right. I have concerns about health though, I mean his style of play makes him an injury concern. But what the he** when the only guy on roster is Ponder....

Vick would open up the middle for the run as defenses would have to spread out to contain him from running. I can see where AP would like that.

I agree. I think that a team with Vick and Peterson in the backfield at the same time could be very dangerous. And Vick has the deep throwing arm to use Patterson/Simpson/Jennings to make teams pay.

When Vick plays a little reigned in his a very unique threat.

I hope they stick to the draft and find our guy, I for one would rather suffer for one or two years developing a QB the know we are hoping Vick can give us 10 or 12 games and another lost season
Go ahead back up your to close away.

    Toldja so.

We have a thing for Philly re-treads, just like Seattle has a thing for OUR re-treads.

If he quits like McNabb, I will be violently ill. I wanted him after he got out of prison, because I watched a news show on his redemption, and I believed he was a different man. Now, who knows where his body is?
