Peterson on pace to another milestone.
I just saw in ESPN they showed RBs with a minimum of 100 carries rushing average for a season.
AP has the best at this point, on of the players he's beating JIM BROWN.
Go get another one AP

Re: Peterson on pace to another milestone.
he's also only 324 yards away from Robert Smith's record of 1,521 rushing yards in one season by a Viking.

Re: Peterson on pace to another milestone.
Seeing our 2 headmosnter RB,they better be honest against our run therefore we can punish them in the air too with some playaction (Frisco ranks dead last against the pass)
I think this this is gonna be a great game for us to forget our last season sad defeat in SF.El underdog.

Re: Peterson on pace to another milestone.
They've got a ROY (defense) on their team too in Willis at LB who leads the team and the NFL in tackles as a Rookie.
He will be focused in on AD.
49ers are parading him around like a little defensive AD.
On their message boards, there's not much positive
on there besides Willis.
They said it should be a good match up and look for a big hit on AD.

Urlacher has tried, Merriman has tried, and Ernie Sims has tried and all three of those guys are probably just as good if not better than Willis.
Four score and seven years ago, Brad Childress has brought upon this team, a west coast offense, conceived in San Francisco, and Dedicated to be a Kick jiggly butt offence. We are now engaged in an NFL season, testing weather that offense can get going or that our defense can long endure.

Re: Peterson on pace to another milestone.
Right now AP is at 1,197 yds and 10 TDs
Do you think he'll break either the rookie rushing record of 1,808 yds or the rookie TD record of 18, both by Eric Dickerson?
Thanks to PPE for the sig.

All he needs is a little over 600 yards in 4 games."cogitans" wrote:

That can be acheived even with splitting carries with CT.
It will be hard but it is acheivable.
But you are right.
The important thing is winning not records.
If AD goes for 600 yds in the next 4 games the chances are good that we win all 4 games.Four score and seven years ago, Brad Childress has brought upon this team, a west coast offense, conceived in San Francisco, and Dedicated to be a Kick jiggly butt offence. I agree that the W's are the most important. But since we're focusing on records in this thread, I just thought I'd look up where he stood in terms of those."cogitans" wrote:

It's crazy that it can still be reached with the games that he missed.
