Peterson #2 in Fantasy Rookies

2. Vikings RB Adrian Peterson
Lynch’s environment in Buffalo is slightly more favorable because of a dearth of backfield competition, but Peterson is simply the more explosive player. And although Chester Taylor is more than competent, Peterson is instantly the most compelling weapon in the Minnesota offense, and the Vikings know it. With an inexperienced quarterback under center and a potentially dominant left side of the offensive line, there’s no reason the Vikes shouldn’t run the football 35 times per game, enough to keep both Peterson and Taylor well-fed. Peterson has home-run ability on every snap and is better-suited to red-zone running than Taylor, who has only 10 rushing scores in five career seasons. It’s a safe bet that Peterson will lead the Vikings in rushing and total touchdowns.

I love the recognition that AD is getting by the national press.
I just hope that if Calvin Johnson turns out to be a fantasy stud, her doesn't do it against us twice a year.

Not really a surprise there. CJ would be the only one that could be ahead of him at this point. Russell would be the only person legimatly that could go in the mix. The rest of them is kind of a crap shoot at this point.
