I like saying that as well, but add something else to your post!!

Pat Williams played a hell of a game. My personal favorite play was when he covered a TE across the endzone.
Maybe he could teach Madieu Williams a few things...
Please get off my case.
I've posted tons of in depth posts and contribute much more usually.
Give me a fricken break.

I could say pooh like "Maybe he could teach Madieu Williams a few things (coverage)" but that would obviously be an exaggeration that feel did not needed to be added.
Madieu Williams may not be performing well but he can cover better than Pat.
Stupid statement to make after attacking me when you are trying to say that your post has more value than even the weak pooh that I just stated.

So consider this my edited post, I hope it meets your requirements as a legit post...

Pat Williams is a stronghold on this D.
He frees up space for Edwards, JA, and KWill to make plays.
He makes everyone around the defense better and seems to be a great guy in the locker room, creating a schism with Favre would just not be in his nature.
He also seems to be a great mentor for guys like Jimmy Kennedy who seems to finally be breaking out.

PS...after looking at your recent posts you seem to have alot of one-liners, please work on that before talking pooh to me.
I didn't realize you had two accounts...
V4L

I wasn't seriously bashing you (or V4L who is a good poster)

BTW - Good post!! Calm down a little.

No

Williams said, "and Brett is a part of our family."
Well, he actually said......

"Everyone makes it seem like it's Brett's team, but this is the Minnesota Vikings," Williams said, "and Brett is a part of our family."
.....but who knows.
Like you, the press might have taken a snippet of what he said and only wrote what seemed to fit thier agenda.

You know, I would have to take their word for it...have you ever heard Pat interviewed? Talks so fast and with that Louisiana accent, I'm lucky if I get 20% of what he's saying. But if that's what he said, ain't nothing wrong with that, and I'm sure Favre would have no problem with it either.

Really....did you notice the first post omitted the first sentence?
Wonder if that didn't fit an agenda.

Pro Bowl defensive tackle Pat Williams appreciates all that quarterback Brett Favre has brought to the Vikings.
