It is unclear why, but starting nose tackle Pat Williams is running and stretching with a Vikings staffer.
He does not have a uniform on, and his unit is working with their helmets on.
I have an inkling why he's not practicing but I don't want to speculate.
The mystery deepens!

Yeah I wouldn't want Big Pat running around too much in this heat. I don't think he'd fair too well.
I'm guessing he probably didn't pass the conditioning test, which is probably for the best. We don't need a big guy like him pushing it too hard in the test, when it's so hot.
we all know what' he's capable of, i wouldn't be too worried!
I think he'd be better suited being wheeled around the field in a wheel chair on hot days like this. :lol: I love him though.

We need Big Pat to get his rump in shape! Hopefully this is not a problem down the road. Maybe it was just too hot, or his hydration wasn't right.
