Pat Williams loses a few!
This is from the 6th but I have not seen it posted and hope this isn't a duplicate but I thought it was a good article.

Vikings' Williams Loses Weight, Gains Confidence
Bob Rainey
Reporting
(WCCO) Eden Prairie, Minn. Vikings' defensive tackle Pat Williams is feeling good, feeling light and feeling ready to play some football. After overcoming a weight issue, Pat Williams says he's finally himself again.
"I'm back. I'm feeling good, I'm on the same page with all my teammates and the coaching staff," said Williams. "Everything's going well on the field, my weight is down."
He is currently down a lot closer to his listed weight of 317 than he was coming into camp, a situation that caused a perturbed Brad Childress to place him on the list of teammates physically unable to perform. He was told he would remain there until he lost some weight.
"I was kind of down, I didn't want to talk to anybody. I just shut everybody out," he said.
With his purple pride hurt and his practice time limited, Williams figured he's try to turn a negative into a positive and maybe turn an already good football player into a great one. Although his girth has never held him back, Pat figured dropping a few wouldn't be a bad idea, so he began spending more time on a bicycle than he did on the field.
"Yeah I thought about it for a minute, and felt I could lose a pound here, lose a pound there. And it worked out good for me," he said. "I just took everything in, and worked hard to I could get back on the field and just tried to do what the coaches wanted me to do and just do what the team needed."
Williams has responded with a stellar pre-season, looking as strong as he ever has. And while he's seen a drop in pounds, Williams says there won't be any drop-off when it comes to his production on the field.
"Just going out there, playing hard," he said. "I'm having fun and just playing free."
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Someone Phat Pat's size fluctuating 10-20 lbs is about as newsworthy as me drinking a coke for breakfast this morning.
His cardiovascular fitness is what the concern was.

Braddock. I don't worry too much about my grammar on a online forum though. I'll make sure to send you my essay papers so you can proofread them
