Best O-line in the league and he had his fair share of good plays as well.
I remember right after they ran to his side with success they tried it again and Robison made the tackle in the backfield.
Robison also should've had a sack but he missed the tackle.

    Best news ever.

I won't be too harsh on the D without Pat because they only played the two best running offenses in Pat's absence. While they didn't snuff the run out altogether, they prevented the ATL and NYG running games from dominating the game. Kudos for that.

Getting Pat back will also free up Kevin and Allen from a few double teams. Neither of them had any impact against ATL or NYG.

The key to Philly is to contain Westbrook in the passing game. How you do that is beyond me. Play Nickel with a CB (instead of LB) covering him all day long?
    The $10,000 question.....

Perhaps a bit out of the box.....but maybe take a safety like Madieu and have him spy on Westbrook the entire game.....leave Sharp and Tyrell as your safetys.
Put Madieu up near the line and get slow a$$ Nap Harris out of the game!
Hmm, that might be a good idea.
Initially I thought Tyrell Johnson should cover Westbrook but then I thought about how his athleticism would help against the speed that D-Jackson has.

Who would you guys rather have shadow DeSaun Jackson(s) side, Madieu Williams, Darren Sharper, or Tyrell Johnson?
Sharper without a doubt...people have been hating on him this year, which I feel is undeserved. He was manned up against Steve Smith regularly in the Caralina game. Smiths only big gain was in a zone in tyrell's zone.

Welcome back, Phat Pat!!! His presence in there will help to contain Westbrook, and free up the pass rush to get to McNabb.
O-line MUST come to play. Eagles may blitz all day. They also disguise their coverages well. But O-line must keep them off of TJ's back.
On O, AD MUST hold on to the ball. His fumbling problems are well documented and the Eagles will slap at the ball, punch it, put a hat on it , whatever to try and knock it loose. He MUST hold on to the ball and do what he does best and he could be the difference in the game. If they come after TJ, AD could run right past them if they over-pursue. Loosening up their D opens offensive options for us. And I believe our D can hold their O down.

That being said... GO VIKES! SKOL!!!

I want a fully capable Phat Pat.
I like his run stuffing, but I also like his ability to collapse the pocket.
He might not get the sack, but he doesn't allow much for passing lanes too.

I'm not going to get real excited until I see him play. He said in another article he wasn't back in game shape yet.

How can he not be in shape? You can still run with a bad shoulder. The rest probably did him some good.

He said it was his hands and arms. He said you especially need your hands in good shape. Sound strange, but he said it.

I'm glad Pat will be back.

That said, its not our defense that concerns me.
It is TJ against Jim Johnson that concerns me.
And thats not a slam on TJ.
Johnson brings the pressure, as much as the Giants did this past week.
TJ needs to use his legs to escape the pressure and throw the ball away otherwise.
...Rodgers had to hold on the ball longer, giving players like Jared "I am completely insane and will literally eat your children" Allen time to sack Rodgers again. And again. And again. Actually I think Rodgers may have nightmares about Jared Allen the rest of the year.
