Do a Culpepper/Moss or any combination of those names search on the site and there will be enough threads to make you want to kill yourself.

Hello all, the names JB and am a member of panthershuddle.com forum.

Just thought id drop in and say hi, good luck, and no injuries this weekend.

How are you feeling about the game? Do you think you have enough momentum from last weeks win to take the struggling panthers?

    No smack please.

By the way, sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

    Welcome, JB!

I am feeling alot stronger if Steve Smith isn't playing...or even if he isn't at 100%.
I think we can win this game...especially if our defense keeps performing like it did last week.
Our offense will only get better as the season wears on...and Brad will continue to perform solidly and will limit mistakes on the offensive side.

BTW, Delhomme is from my home parish in Louisiana (the next town over which is my old high school rivals).
His grandmother lives in my hometown and my dad does work for her from time to time.
The offseason after the Super Bowl that you guys almost won (no thanks to the IDIOT kicker), my dad actually got to meet Jake when Jake was visiting his grandmother.
My dad told me that he was the nicest guy and gladly consented to taking a picture with him.
Anyway, good luck and I hope that there are no injuries as well. Too bad that you guys will be 0-2 when you leave though!

Bad game isnt the word for it.

I cant describe in words how bad they played.

But I agree with you, I really never liked Culpepper , and thought he was overrated. Its weird though, his passer rating is the highest of all time(or at least one of the highest). I wonder if that more of Randy Moss's
doing or what. What do you guys think?
    Hello and welcome.
It's nice to see a fan of an opposing team use the boards intelligently and courteously.

Culpepper threw for 18,548 yards while Moss was there.
Moss accounted for approx. 6400 of that total.
This does not take into account back-up Qbs yards to Moss so it is a little inflated, but when one guy of about seven positions is getting you 1/3 of your yardage... yeah I think Moss made him a better player.

Good luck this week, well... not too good.

We cannot take the Panthers lightly. The injuries have mounted & with no # 89 in there, it makes life easier. We must stop Foster 1st & pound the ball into that D line. Also gotta keep tabs on Peppers. That guy can change a game

Panthers have a great team and a great coaching staff.
They will play hard against us with or without Steve Smith.
It will be an uphill season if the Panthers start 0-2, so I know the Vikings are going to get everything they have.
I hope it is a good game.
    It could go either way.
I am not going to pick a winner, but obviosly I want the Vikes to win!

I think we need to slide protection to the right side, because Marcus Johnson is to inexperienced to block Peppers by himself.

True...but Marcus is ATHLETIC enough to give Peppers some competition...and this might just be his coming out party!

i think it'll be a good game.. like mentioned the pathers D, and noteably peppers will be something to watch for, but i also think our front 4 will be quite affective, and our blitzing, since the panthers had to switch up their O-line

    Re: Panther Fan Checking in

I watched the whole of the Panthers game live last Sunday and they stank the place out, I just hope the Vikes don't feel the backlash on Sunday because as last season showed the Panthers are a great team. Smith's injury problems are a boost to us but regardless of whether he plays or not I think It will be a tight game which fingers crossed we can emerge victorious.
