Re: Packers Vikings - Week 8
You know, after how long I've hated the guy, I can't believe how quickly he's earned my respect as a football player.
(I didn't respect him on the Packers, I hated him with all that I had in me)
The fumble was clearly his fault, he held on to the ball for far too long, but I really don't think the INT was his fault.
It was a high throw, but it was catchable and CT let it go through his hands.
I don't equate that to Favre falling apart.
He has 3... THREE INT's all season.
Which is the last thing I expected from him, I was fully expecting 3 per quarter.
I'm pretty confident that he's going to play well all the way through the season.

Had being the key word. Then Favre destroyed the Packers on Monday night football and it brought the fans together(actually I think it was the week before when he beat 49ers). The Vikings fans are now united, can Packer fans say that? I didn't think so.Favre had your fans torn apart too. It wasnt that long ago that I believe Webby was ripping favre apart. All you have now are a bunch of band wagon members. At least that will fill some of the seats at the dome.

I don't see us as being bandwagon fans for supporting a member of our team.
I didn't want him, I'll be the first to admit it, but he is on the team and he has done a lot for us since joining the team.
Winning does a lot to erase our memories of all the losses he's handed to us.
Now you can tell us how it feels ;D
