Packers sink to another low!
Toughness and desire had nothing to do with Farve going back on the field! He was out of his mind and that is dangerous. I for one do not like to see anyone get hurt out on the field.
can we clone Bud Grant?

Yes, the announcers were throwing out stats and another one as well. That Favre was currently only behind Marino and Unitas for consecutive TD passes in a game. At that point, Favre didn't have one.
Several plays later, he got hurt.
Then he put himself back in despite docotors orders not to go back in and throws a TD.
Just another conspiracy rumor concerning the NFL.

For the record:
Favre was concussed, came out of the game.
He was looked over, the doctors were still discussing.
Sherman went to Favre and asked if he was ready.
Favre, who has no memory of this, said "yes".
Favre goes out and throws TD pass (he can't remember this either)
Doctors realize he's out there and scramble to Sherman to tell him to get him out of there.
Sherman takes responsibility in post-game for only asking Favre, not the doctors, first.Have you ever seen a race of turtles, and they all go the wrong way instead of towards the finish line?

did favre say he didnt remmeber the TD. cause as far as the packer show here is concerned, they said he made no comments after the game. but that warner said he talked to favre and favre said he didnt remember it. id prefer to hear it from his mouth, not second hand.
either way, he shouldnt have been out there, no matter what the outcome was."the only diffrence between suicide and martyrdom is the press coverage"

Although it was stupid for Favre to be out there, I was really impressed that he was able to throw that TD with a concussion.
It dosent matter how much anyone hates the Packers you have to be somewhat impressed by that play.

OK, that was a good play for Favre and the Packers, but did anyone else wonder why they were celebrating so much afterwards?
It looked like they were celebrating winning the Superbowl or something, jumping all over each other, falling down and screaming.
It was the 3rd quarter against the Giants on week 4, c'mon! It gave them a 7-0 lead which they quickly gave up on the next series.
I think the reciever made that play, not so much Favre, he seemed like he just kinda lofted the ball up there and he went and got it.Skol!
Go Vikings!
