Thread: Our roster is looking awesome! How's this depth chart look?

It would be awesome if Erin Henderson turned out to be a star, we could have the Henderson brothers wreaking havoc, feeding off each others energy, constantly trying to one-up each other.
It would be great.

It might be sweet, but he blew out his ACL. How severe was it & how will it affect his game. Will we have another Erasmus James on our hands?

Still a 53 man roster limit, correct?

I have the team keeping Tahi as well.
They used him last year, I think they like him, and they like to use a lot of TEs and FBs.
Very possible that he gets cut though to make room for a #6 WR.

Radovich has to be a long shot to make the team right now, and I predict he will be cut.

Last year I believe the Vikes had 10 defensive linemen survive to the 53-man roster in September.
That was supposedly a little heavy because of injury concerns.
I added one, the big DT Kenderick Allen, to make 9.
I also have Wyms at DE, but he is big enough to play both spots depending on the situation.

Here's an important part:
what will happen to Kenechi Udeze and Erasmus James?
My guess is that Udeze will be put on the Non-Football/Injury list and miss the entire season.
His contract would then be tolled, so that rather than becoming a free agent next spring his last contract year will be in 2009.
James will likely be put on the physically unable to perform list, which means he would miss at least half the season.
If he is healthy enough to come back after the first part of the season, he would then replace Allen or an injured player on the roster.

Last year the team kept 6 linebackers, same as you have.
Erin Henderson, Rufus Alexander, Derrick Pope, and Vinny Ciurciu should compete for two spots, and I really don't know who will win.
Farwell should make the team after being the special teams MVP two years in a row.
Leman is a longshot and I expect he will be cut.

Yeah but we didnt waste a first round pick on him... or a pick at all so he we never have the expectations of James

agreed the roster is promising lets hiope booty stops up to # 1 on chart

You seem to have left quite a few incumbent backups off the roster as well for a few UDFA's.


Regardless, we have damn good starters at almost every position.
A few young guys starting that showed promise as starters last year and some nice competition going on for alot of backup spots.

I wonder which Vet will get left off the roster that will piss all the fans off?

My guess is he will stay but we will jettison one or two of the FA we picked up this year.

The competition to make this team is gonna be fun to watch.
