Thi year seems the opposite of last year. We are 5-0 against teams with losing records but 0-4 against winning teams. We are beating the teams we should be beating, but are losing to those that we need to beat in order to prove oursselves....

2 games on the road by a 6 point total and one
terrible call I don't know we have 7 pretty easy
games I say we win em all. Playoffs with Randy=
Superbowl win.

I will take winning the games that we are supposed to win because that will be enough to get us into the playoffs...besides, the games that we lost, we barely lost (even the Giants game wasn't too bad considering we were so out of sync). Once we get into the playoffs, the guys can focus on one game at a time and then if they get on a roll, look out...we could take it all (ala the Sox)! The key is to get hot at the right time...I would prefer our time to be at the end of the season!

I think it would be a problem if we thought we couldn't beat the tough teams. I think our team does have that confidence to know our offense can play with any team.

With Moss out effectively 4.5 games so far, and at least one more against the Lions this Sunday, I can understand their record.
Moss makes the offense play better of course, but also aids the Vikes defense when having a lead.
Beat the Lions Sunday and the Vikes are NFCN champs.

We lost to Philly by shooting ourselves in the foot - repeatedly.

We lost to Indy by struggling early, and not being able to hold them when we needed it (Defense).

We lost to GB for the same reason as Indy...plus a HUGE blown call.

We lost to NY because we ALWAYS lose to NY, and we simply self-destructed.

Factor in Moss' being gone, and it all fits. Our Offense keeps our Defense alive. No matter how you slice it, we need the "D" to step up in the latter half of the season.

I blame the losing on Michael Bennett!! Last year he came back, we started losing. This year he comes back we start losing! His Wisconny @ss brings bad karma! Just my opinion!

I do believe that O. Smith is a better back than Bennett.
We should have traded him to Miami for Ogunleye.....
