    Re: Other QB options?

    We aren't getting a QB

We aren't sending a QB down to the practice squad

And we are not getting Colt Brennan

    They wouldn't trade him

    Re: Other QB options?

Colt is probably the worst thing you can do!!!! I would take TJ over Colt ANY day.... Colt is to short, he is unproven, he can handle the speed of the game, his competition in college was even weaker the TJ's... I know that TJ played 1-AA, but he was also playing the best of 1-AA..

You have one option outside of Gus and TJ, and that is Jeff Garcia TB has already said they would trade him.. I don't know about u guys, but I am not that much up on Garcia..

Another possible option is Derek Anderson if he comes availible, but he probably won't until seasons end. Until then I would probably prefer TJack just cause he has more upside until Anderson become availible.

who cares what qb it is?
childress is the qb groomer so he can turn anyone into a stud.
that's why we've seen him end johnsons career, and bring in his boys he likes in holcomb, bollinger, and jackson.
and we saw how well those guys did.
    now it's ferrottes turn.
childress thinks hes jon gruden except gruden actually gets production outta mid tier guys

    Carson Palmer?
That's who I've been pushing since the whole time since the QB situation. I really think that the situation (complete turmoil) in Cincy, may help trying to pry him away from them. Palmer need a new enviroment, and we could use a good pocket passer.

I will go back to what I said earlier that they will ride out the year and McNabb will be in Purple next year.

Unless we offer up something sutpid (Walker debacle). I think the Redskins got really lucky when they drafted Colt. I know there was a lot of doubting him leading up to the draft. I was always backing him because I live in Hawaii and have had the opportunity to watch/meet him for years. I was kicking the sofa when he was still there and we drafted JDB. Oh well. He will be an awsome QB in the NFL.

In reference to the Georgia game I assume?

That wasn't so much him as his O-line's complete lack of any ability to block defenders.....

Not saying he's God's gift, but nobody would have been successful in his position that game... IMO

    Trust me, I'm a doctor.

Did you see him play during the pre-season? I don't think you did. He made everythrow a NFL QB is supposed to. He may have been playing against third stringers, but the passes he made showed he has the arm to play. His height is moot. Not a single batted ball at the line of scrimage. Please do some homework before saying things that just aren't true.
