Nice summary, it sure is nice to see a dominating defense.
The offense will just get better.
    Fun times ahead.

Re: Opener everything a Vikings fan could hope for (long read)

I have been cruising the usual sites all day yestreday and today and that was one of the best "articles" I have read about the game.
    Great job!!!

Also, a shout out to the Vikes fans at the game on Sunday.
Being that I now live in NC I can't get up to the games, but watching the game on DirectTV There were a few times that I almost had to turn the TV volume down because the fans were getting so loud.
It made me get butterfly's in my gut wishing I could be there when the noise was so bad that Joey H had to take a timeout after failing to audible.

The die hard out there know that we are always fans, but sometimes it gets hard.
Sunday made mw remember why I get excited to watch Vikings football!!!!!
Now let's go tear up Detroit and rest happily atop the NFC North!

Even better 3 of those sacks came from DEs. This is a major improvement and positive stat.

God I love to hear that!!!
I have it DVRed at home, but haven't had the chance to watch it yet.
You need to make it a point to come back for a game sometime.
I am sure someone here can get you a ticket if you make it back.
