Let my preface this by sayin I think SOD is an idot and if I were making the decisions at winter park, I would would cut him. Also, I'm a Bennett fan.

That being said, why is it the NFLs - or any employers - business if an employee does marijuana. In SODs case, its not like marijuana is performace enhancing drug. I realize pot is illegal and if you break the law you should pay IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM - not from you employer. If you get a DWI, which is much more serious IMO, your employeer doen't fire you. Why is it diffent for testing positive for pot. I realize that in the NFL a DWI is punishable.. but not for the rest of us.

The man is human...just as we are. You would think that with all the "watching" these guys get they would be more careful, but they are not. They forget who they are just like we might.
Rules are rules and whatever happens with Onterrio must take place, but it is sad that he does not seem to learn from his mistakes of bad judgement.
