Once again I am a Vikings season ticket owner.

Scott from the season ticket office, being persistent as he is, called me up again for like the 7th time this offseason trying to get me to buy a 5 game package or a season ticket package.

I didn't renew my tickets from last year, but these seats were to good to pass up.

I ended up getting seats in section 231, row 18, seats 1 & 2, which are $67seats. Those seats are a pair of just about the best $67 seats you can get. The only ones better are seats 1 & 2 in section 211, row 18 or seats 31 & 32? in section 209.

The seats directly across the aisle from me jump in price to $71 & the seats directly in front of me are $99.

Either way they were to good to pass up, so I took them. I should be looking right down about the 40 yard line from those seats.

Since Jing-Jing hasn't arrived yet, I'll have seat #2 available for PP.O. members for face value to most of the games this year. Let me now your interest.

Wow...
Looking at those seats made me happy, a better than tv angle I'd say.
I want to make the (road) trip to MN this year. The trick is finding someone dumb enough to come with me.

I'm jealous Singer, I've never been able to make the trip across the pond and with scottishvike jnr here now, my first Viking game is certainly not in the near future. I'm sure it will happen some day though, just have to hope those lottery tickets come good soon!

Year one I had section 235, row 26 which were $36 seats.

The next year I moved over one section & down 10 rows to section 234, row 16 & those were $49 seats.

Now I'm at the 40 YL, but sacrificed 2 rows for row 18 but they are seats 1 & 2, aisle seats & the closest seats towards mid field in that section. Those are $67 seats. I can't improve on those seats & still stay in that price range, however, it might be possible to get the equivalent of those seats on the Vikings side of the field.

If I want to move up just 1 row, the price would change from $67 to $99.

I'd stick with the seats you have.
Thats a steep price to pay for one closer row.
Those are probably some of the best seats in the entire dome as far as view of the field and pricing.
Not to mention your right next to the isle...which is great if you go to the bathroom a lot, go smoke, or go grab beer.
If you are the guy who sits and watches an entire game, the middle of the row might be the best so people aren't constantly walking in front of you.
