Older QBs
Been watching the NFL Network and they are talking about older QBs that are still getting it done.
They used 3 QBs (Kerry Collins, Brett Favre and Frank Garcia).
I know Gus isn't tearing up the league but the guy is 8-3 as a starter this year.
How is that not a part of this crew?
I would say leading a team to first place and being over 35 would qualify for that segment.

It's Jeff Garcia
And it's because he hasn't done anything to get a win

Sorry about the Jeff thing.

I have a friend Frank Garcia and made a Freudian slip.
Back to Gus.
I know he hasn't ben great but he has played well some games.
He has been a part of turning the team around from 0-2 to 8-5.
Like I said, I'm not saying he's tearing up the league but at very least I would think they would mention him in the segment.

Re: Older QBs
Yah, well It has to do with the fact that we have won in spite of him and lost because of him as of late. 8-3 isn't amazing. T-Jack was 8-4 as a starter last year.

I wouldn't
He's no where near their levels.. And those QBs are big parts of their teams
Gus blows..

TJ is 24 years old.
The segment was about older QBs still winning games.
IMO he at least deserves to be mentioned.
Not becasue he is one of the games best QBs.
It's because he fits the topic of the segment.
I was just a little disappointed they didn't mention him.

Gus is 7-3, not 8-3. No way he gets credit for that win yesterday.Yah, well It has to do with the fact that we have won in spite of him and lost because of him as of late. 8-3 isn't amazing. T-Jack was 8-4 as a starter last year.

Gus didn't do shit yesterday but the Vikes still won.
In essence he is 8-3 as a starter even though it may not be deserved.

Gus is below those guys though. I mean I like Gus, and thought it was disgusting how many people were happy he got hurt, but T-Joke may come in and do something. But I would still rather find someone else.

He might of started but he did not finish. We were losing when he went down. TJ gets the win. I hate injuries but I hope Gus is done."singersp" wrote:
