    Dungy is awesome!

He needs to come back to MN.

But with his family, I doubt it.

Read his book, it is excellent.

He did win a SB with Dungys team. But what about the team he faced in the SB? That was Grudens team before Callahan took them to the superbowl. For god sakes, he almost took the Raiders to the promise land!! that speaks volumes

I'm anxious to see how they respond to Frazier. Dungy is definitely the best out there, but I would be shocked if he returned to coaching in the next few years. Seems like Cowher would be a good fit. Wilf has to go with someone with a resume imo if Frazier doesn't work out.

I wouldn't mind Jeff Fisher out of Tennessee... we could look at Rob Ryan or Holmgren out of Cleveland as well. What about the D Coordinator out of New Orleans?

Frankly, I don't believe we'd get a Chucky or Chin... they won't come to MN, too big of a question mark at QB. In the NFL, you don't win without an Allstar QB, not in this league, not for long. They won't want to risk their legacies trying to find a strong QB, they'll look for a system where they know what they have (Dallas).

We need a Coach that knows how to win playing tough D and punishing the opponent with a crushing run game. We won't light up a scoreboard next year with a young QB. I think Fisher fits that to a T.

Winning a superbowl, no matter the circumstances is a big deal(it was Dungy's defense but Gruden made that offense).

He also built a superbowl team in Oakland.

Gruden would be my first choice for a head coach. Universally considered one of the smartest and hardest working guys in the NFL.

I also think he has been setting himself up for success while in the broadcast booth. I think many players would love to come play for him.

I can't say I've ever heard players wanted to play for him, everything I've heard says the opposite.

Only reason I'd go for someone like Chucky is I think he'd energize the fan base which man help in the stadium push. I think we could find better people for the job on the sidelines, but behind the mic he'd be gold for the Organization.

Dungy has already said no to the cowboys HC job rumors.

Many could argue if he won't take that job, he won't take this one.
