How can we get Peterson going? 2.4 per carry is not very good. I would like to see us run Harvin some more.

He should do better against the Saints.
It's not so much the yards per carry as it is the offensive play calling balance.
Even if unsuccessful, we still need to run, or the defense will have a much easier task.

    Must remain balanced.

Big thing to me is not falling behind early.
And our defense once again needs to apply pressure and tackle well.

ST's - Other than the damn short KO'fs, that was one heck of a job by all, especially Kluwe. Heck, even Farwell got a tackle.
Farwell had at least 3 tackles, by my count. Mars and I make sure to note each of them as they happen so we can make sure you give him his due.

    =Z=
I don't know what is sadder, that you have to do that, or that this is the first time this year you've been able to say I was wrong about him.

By the way, are you counting his tackles in mop on D or 3 on ST's cause I only saw one on ST's unless you count a couple were he came in and piled on at the last minute?

    Regardless, still sad..... ....snicker......

Not as sad as a Viking fan wanting Favre to get hurt.

Someone earlier mentioned Greenway's stickers on his helmet. I too loved the look of what I said was the Vikings prototype new 3-D horn sticker that Greenway was demo-ing before we put it into full use next season...

This weekend the real horns are going on. Phat Pat will gore Bush and toss him over his shoulders while Greenway pummels him on the way down.

I didnt know the teams for next year were announced yet. Who do we have on the road?

Also does anyone remember when the actual dates come out?
All but two teams for the next like 10 years are announced. Set in stone in advance.

The road games will be: Chicago, Detroit, Green Bay, Philly, Washington, New England, N.Y. Jets, New Orleans.
