Booty is among players waived by Vikings
September 5th, 2009 – 3:36 PM by Chip Scoggins Jason La Canfora of NFL Network is reporting via twitter that the Vikings have waived John David Booty. We have confirmed that Booty has been waived.

This does not come as a surprise given what happened in Friday’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Booty would be eligible for the practice squad if he clears waivers.

Here is a running list of players who have been waived:

QB John David Booty

FB Nehemiah Broughton

DE Martail Burnett

S De’von Hall

LB David Herron

RB Ian Johnson

TE Garrett Mills

TE Jake Nordin

Pats cut Mills we picked him up.
Pat pissed, they picked up Vic Curiuci (sp) from us
Now both of them are cut.
