Comeon Anglo, you know the Chiller is supposed to be out there pregame, with the players, checking to see how they might/might not be affected by the grass.

Correct me if I am wrong but Childress would be the one to directly supervise the person in charge of equipment and if that person is not doing their job then it is on the coach.

I learned a phrase long ago in management:

"You can delegate authority but you cannot delegate responsibility." In other words Childress is not responsible for every action directly but he is responsible for the decisions every staff member under him makes. If they aren't doing their job he needs to replace them or he will be the one replaced (If there is a god)
