after 8 weeks, I still think and observe that Griffin sucks.
Other than that, if anyone thinks Allen is still overrated, they need to open their eyes and watch him play.
Even if he doesn't get a sack, he still is in the qb's face, causing him to hurry.
Great win.. woohooo now lets beat the Packers next week.. ;)
Good game i dont think any of are free agents are over reated now..williams looked good...berrian another 100 yd reveiving day, jared allen did awsome.

He can't help it his feet often get in his way.
Great win!
SP finally had a good coverage day, the defense stepped up when they needed to and the offense came through in the 4th.

makes me want to buy some tickets.
There were some times where I was REALLY mad today.
I can't remember them, though, because of the win.
The Good:
So, I guess I'll just say that Jared Allen never has been overrated.
Kevin Williams continues to grow on me.
And Madieu Williams I continue to like.
Also, how many penalties MN had?
Not many..
That's a nice change too.
The Bad:
Berrian needs to get some stickum.
Gus needs to get working on his accuracy/touch.
The freakin' defense needs to cover the short routes..
I've seen times when they lined up, and behind the D-line, the next closest defender was 10-15 yards back...
WTF?!
Buuut..
I don't think the Texans are as good as they are hyped to be.
Nice win, though.
Honest to Clapton, I don't know what to make of this team.
One week they're the Mayors of Turdville, the next they play like this - you know, the way everyone said they were SUPPOSED to.
If the Williamses don't get suspended, we might be able to pull something together.
I knew that ultimately, our team's success would depend on whether the front four could get pressure on Matt Schaub.
And they did - five sacks and a buttload of knockdowns and hurries.
Offensively, our passing game actually worked, Berrian was fantastic, and Peterson really caught fire in the second half after a slow start.
Grades:
QB: B+/A- - Gus was very efficient today.
Lots of passes both deep, short, and in between.
RBs: B - A dreadful first half is made up for by a much better second half (particularly the 4th quarter).
WRs/TE: A- - Two passing touchdowns. Berrian gets two big plays. I really can't complain. Shiancoe didn't do much other than that touchdown.
OL: B- - They were passable for most of the game, but gave up a few sacks, and weren't opening holes for Peterson until near the end of the game.
DL: A+ - They really did a stellar job of bringing the heat.
LBs: A- - Greenway was great today.
So was Leber.
Nothing to report from Harris, though.
(I miss EJ).
DBs: B - Some great plays mixed with a couple of drives where they gave up yardage.
Ultimately, though, they did their job decently.
Special Teams: A - This was our best game of the year on special teams.
Our coverage team actually kept a good returner from getting yardage, and Kluwe was outstanding.
Coaching: A- - I found myself screaming at the TV screen far less often in this game than I had in games previous.
Maybe Childress gets it now.
And maybe I'm a Chinese jet pilot.
Overall Grade: A - Bottom line:
This was exactly the game the Vikes needed to play in order to get back on track.
Madieu seems to be a great addition to our pass coverage. 8 tackles 1 interception
;D
