The "Official" Bench Daunte Thread

I'm sorry but someone has to break the ice. I say Bench daunte now. We need a starting Qb that can be nominated (and win) offensive player of the week every freaking week not just 75% of the time. That's called half ass Duante! When is he going to be able to see the field and read a defense? When is he ever going to throw the ball deep to Moss? Just because it took Brett Favre 3-4 years to evolve into an elite QB doesn't mean Duante can take that long. Get real people. We need the perfect QB for our potent offensive attack. We need you Gus. Only Gus could shred top notch defenses like the 2003 Falcons and 2003 49ers. Duante is way overrated and needs to take a hike! I mean 13 td's and 1 interception? How weak is that? Let's salvage the rest of our season while we can my fellow Viking brethren and call for Duante to be benched!
