Next week: Vikings vs Steelers Matchups

What do you guys think are some of the key matchups for next week?
I hear that their O-line wasn't doing very well so perhaps our front line will get some good sacks?
Other than that i'm not really sure how well the Steelers are playing since i haven't been paying too much attention to them other then them being 4-2.
I'm not sure if their defense is as good or better than the Ravens D but i know that Troy Polumalu is back and i would assume that their secondary is better than the Ravens.
    What do you guys think?

i say if they have any weakness on defense, we will find it.....i mean, we can run it down ur throat or pass it around the field.....i saw just do what we do and as long as the defense plays what they r capable of, we will come out of the steel city with a W
    Ponder this....

we need to play the same game we played vs baltimore except the 4th qtr. just play a safe game and treat polamalu like how we treated ed reed today. we cant afford to give up a pick-6.

to be honest with you guys, i dont care much if we win/lose this game. if we do lose against the steelers, well be a pissed of viking team playing in Lambeau against a pussy packers team. favre will be pissed too and that will be his homecoming to even make it better.. lol

I thought this Baltimore game was more dangerous than the Pitt game. I mean Big Ben holds onto that ball forever and I remember when we played them in a preseason matchup; the Vikes simply dominated the Steelers for the first and only quarter the starters (for both teams) were in.

I also think if we can establish a run, we should be able to fight a win. I would rather lose this Sunday then next though.

I haven't broke the game down yet but think I will find the following when I do:

    a.
That D is a different D with Troy in there.
    b.
That offense is dangerous, especially if they get thier running game going.
I dropped fast Willy early in the season and picked up Mendenhall.
    He is starting to roll.
    c.
Watched logan bust a big one.
    ST's against them worries me.
    d.
Big Ben loves to hold the ball and that might help with sacks but it also means that our Cover 2 can be exploited if he can extend plays.

Long story short, I was more worried about the Ravens but don't think this one will be a push over either.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

I'm worried about tackling Big Ben... he's most dangerous when he has run around for 6 or 8 seconds and the zone has increased to like 60 yards.
Our D Line is good enough to get to him before that... the question is whether or not they can get him down.
D Line really has to concentrate on wrapping up and driving down this week, no jersey tugging crap.
The true measure of a man is what he'd do knowing he'd never be found out.

Big Ben has a monster game

    Mendenhall gets shut down

I wouldn't be surprised to see exactly that happen.
And a big W for the Vikes!

I think the two big things to watch is whether AP can crack through the Steelers front and how much pressure we can put on big ben.
If Allen is firing on all cylinders don't be suprised to see the Steelers turning the ball over 3-4 times in the game.
