    I would hope we can put a retractable roof on it since the New 1 billion dollar Atlanta stadium will have a retractable roof. I would assume Atlanta can save some money on the foundation since they don't have to worry about the ground freezing and heaving in the winters?

    Probably. I assume there are other costs associated with a retractable roof in our climate as well. I would actually prefer a retractable wall over a retractable roof. But whatever happens I am excited.
