    Re: The New Vikings

I have to go with the coaching staff. I'm excited about all the new changes and how much improvement we should see. It was hard sitting through the first part of last season. I think all the changes in defense, offense, and new players boil down to coaching.

The D is the best thing, but overall there is a lot to love about the "new and improved" Vikings of '06.
Hope springs eternal...she also makes a mean margarita.

    No question, DE-FENSE!!!
Cotrell had no idea how to get the most out of these guys!
Tomlin has immediately put himself on the map as one of the seriously bright coaches...I know, a little aggressive given it's only preseason.
    But, it is obvious.
I know it's only preseason, but, the first team offenses didn't move the ball at all except for Pittsburgh.
This is a top five defense in the making; well, it has been with the right coach.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent

Yeah, the Steelers moved the ball pretty well. I was concerned as to just how easily they did against us, but it was only our 2nd game. Next time it'll be better.

I'm looking forward to a total team effort this season, something we haven't seen in sometime..

From the owners, spending their $ to upgrade facilitys, bringing in players, and working on that New Stadium we will get soon.

Our new coaching staff, who is also in a learning and growing situation, like our team.
But I believe we have a great mix of Vet., and young upcoming coaches...

Our O, no it won't be a high flying scoring machine, but it will me a methodical type grind it out O....We will put enough points on the board to win games and at the same time, give our new, very aggresive D, breathers in between their series of play...

We have a solid Field Goal Kicker and a Very good Punter..

Speical Teams, well we will have to see, but the mixture of our talented starters and depth behind them tells me we should be okay with speical teams..

I'm excited about the whole package....... ;D

I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.
