As minicamp drew to its exciting conclusion Sunday, Vikings players assembled along the sideline and in the end zone, preparing for a set of conditioning drills. Coach Brad Childress stood at midfield, whistle in hand.

This will be an interesting season to say the least. A lot of questions marks still remain. I don't know why it seems so hard to "catch on" to what each players responsibility is on the field. Is Childress' offense that complicated? I know all rookies have a learning curve, but it doesn't sound like even the veterans are making things work.
I think the Vikes have put a lot of misplaced faith in TJ and others that just aren't panning out the way they planned.
Will the Vikes record improve or stay the same?
Too early to tell until the season begins but I'm not looking for anything spectular in the way of more wins. Maybe an 8-8 season this year.
