I find it hard to swallow that after such a terrible injury he will ever be physical superior or even equal as before, but good luck.

Del: And Kleinsausser only ripped ONE ligament and Tice said it takes TWO years to come back completely. Pep ripped THREE. I would imagine that may take a bit longer. Oh well, people can belive whatever they want. I don't ever see him back the QB that he once was. Look how bad he did when his knee was just strained early in the season.
I think it all depends on how much work they did on his knee.

Actually, I think the recovery time would probably take about as long, but the rehab would be longer.

If I broke 3 of my fingers on one hand, it doesn't take 3 times longer to heal than if I had only broken 1 finger.

I bring back up a point of a thread that I posted sometime ago which seemed to be ignored.
The point of the thread was that Kleinsasser ripped one ligament and was out over a year. TICE made the statement that that type of injury usually takes TWO YEARS to heal COMPLETELY.
But yet there is talk of Pep coming back next year better than ever?
As much as I'd like to see it, I don't believe it and I won't be convenienced of it until he proves it to me!
Looks like your point was ignored again LMAO!~

    I agree with you though!
It will be tough to come back in a year, but Willis McGahee almost did it in a year. He was hurt in the Fiesta Bowl in January of '03 and then they said he could have been ready for December of '03 but didnt want to risk it I guess. Here's the article I found:

    http://www.wpmi.com/sports/feature/story.aspx?content_id=56344E64-46E6-4D0D-8927-487485F66577

So McGahee almost came back in less than a year, but it ended up being a year and a half. Personally, I think it will depend on Culpepper's body. No one knows how fast he'll heal. He might really heal quickly, or it could take two years. No one really knows.
