There will be no proof this week. If the Vikings win they will just say it was the Saints. If the Vikings lose it will put more fuel on the fire.

The true test of how the season will progress is playing the media-darling Ron Mexico led Falcons in their house during week 4. The Vikings will have to pound them into the ground going into the bye then head to Chicago to teach them that they are the bottom of the barrel in the North.

Ron Mexico may well have his season ended by that game, he's injured right now, but likely to play against a stingy Buffalo defense, where he'll be running for his life (which he could do more than effectively at 100%), but I have a feeling he's going to aggravate his injury.

Now, as for the Vikings, no matter who's at QB for Atlanta that game, if they don't get some confidence going with a win this week, it's likely to be a repear of the Bengals game. Hopefully we get the win here, Atlanta loses at Buffalo, so we have some confidence, and they're on a downward slide. That's about our only hope for a win in that game.

I would say none of the above! There has never been a team to go 0-16 and personally I don't think there ever will be. I know that the Bucs went 0-14 back in the day, but I just don't see it happening! (They were only 0-14 right? That was still when they played the 14 game schedule or am I a complete moron or both!!! lol)
