    A New Beginning

It seems the 2005 Vikings are creating a new identity than years past. Our defense is stepping up and showing they can win games. Big plays from our defense in the past two games has been the difference. I have been very critical of the Cottrell the past few weeks - but I must say he is turning it up a notch. And with a conservative BJ in the game, we are not trying to win the SuperBowl on every offensive snap. 1 turnover for BJ in the past two games - I think that says it all. Not flashy but very efficient.

Its kinda weird watching our defense play well and win two games for us. But its also very refreshing. I'm feeling good about our chances. If we beat Green Bay next week - it will truely be a new beginning.

I think we will.....BJ is only going to get better as he develops more chemistry with his receivers. And once Fonoti gets into the lineup we will have an instant upgrade at the guard position.

5 weeks ago if you said on these boards the Vikes would be doing what they are now you would've been laughed at. This is awsome!!! I'm so excited... SUPER BOWL OR BUST!!!!
The best part of my day is when I get down on my knees, with my head in my hands, and thank GOD for everything he has given me.

This is a very good sign ... Johnson's arm did look "old" today though on a few passes, I hope they realize that the deep ball will not be a very effective part of our game anymore.
I think that Johnson definitely manages the game well, give his management to D.C.'s talent and we would be in great shape!! Here is to that streak continuing at Lamblow next week, the Packers are due for a six game losing streak ... I mean they won today ...

i like how we looked today. we stopped an amazing offensive team in the giants with our defense and did enough on offensive to not turn it over and put ourselfs in possession to win the game. what more can you ask for?
    We're bringing purple back.
