Thread: networks favre love fest

Believe it or not us Packer fans get a little tired of the ongoing favre love fest all the time. IT gets a bit ridiculous after awhile and I certainly can see why u guys cant stand it.

This sort of ass kissing always goes on though not just for favre. It just happens to be more for favre right now because he is playing well, he has had a incredible streak, and he has had a great career.

I suspect that in 5-10 years if the vikings have won a superbowl and daunte continues his stellar play that u will be hearing a culpepper love fest too.

I remember near the end of Joe Montanas career all u heard from the announcers was "Gosh JOe is wonderful, only joe could do that, OMg I just love joe".............u get the point.

U have to also know that we packer fans know how much most other teams hate it (especially the viking fans) so we cant help but enjoy it some even though it gets a bit obnoxious

What does favre and packer fans have to do with VIKING FAN FORUM.

Moss has been kickin ass since he's been in the league and he doesnt have a love fest, not one person in the NFL has a love fest like favre or ever will.

Madden seems to love moss quite abit actually............I always hear him saying he is the most dangerous offensive player in the nfl..............

I think it would be fair to say that some of moss's off the field problems and some of the things he has said like "I play when I wanna play have turned a few people off of hyping him too much although everyone knows he is the best wr out there when healthy and playing hard.

Puh-lease...Walker will not score more TDs than Moss on Christmas Eve...simply because Moss will not allow it...sh*t, he will go back there and play defense to stop it if he has to! Either that or put some foot in that a$$ of the Viking DBs to motivate them!
