NBC is considering moving one of the Vikings' final two games this season into one of their Sunday night broadcasts.

...If the Vikings (6-6) win their four remaining games and Detroit (6-6) loses at least once, the Vikings will get in the playoffs. That's because the only other team that could match Minnesota's 10-6 record would be Arizona. The Vikings would beat out the Cardinals based on the common-opponent tiebreaker. The Vikings would be 4-1 against Atlanta, Detroit, San Francisco and Washington and Arizona would be 2-3 against those teams...

Yeah that sure is the downside for us Europeans to have our team being a contender.

So you say as long as we just go 4-0 here in December we should be good when Detroit loses to Dallas on Sunday. No problem then

We don't have to win all 4 games to make the playoffs. We just need to finish with a record better than the Lions & at least tie with the Cardinals.

The 4 game win streak is just to be in the complete control of our own destiny, but it still requires at least 1 Lions loss
