Thread: Name a player from each team that scares you the most

I dunno, guys. When it comes to the Lions and Bears, I think the players I really fear the most are Jason Hanson and Paul Edinger. Both those guys seem to routinely hit the 45+ yd FGs against the Vikings. In most cases, games we lose to those teams come down to them hitting those FGs (vs. missing them and giving the Vikings good field position).

Tell you the truth...........those people aren't people you should be scared of. Because we match up with them well. The people who should skeer ya are the people not in the spotlight.

It's that fullback that hasn't caught a pass in 10 years that explodes on the vikes. Or that tight end.

The only thing that scares me as far as the vikes go.....special teams :twisted:

I'm suprised that everyone has listed Favre under the Packers. The only time Favre takes over the game these days is when it's close in the 4th quarter. The rest of the time, I'm worrying about Green, yet no one has mentioned him. As for the Bears and Lions, I don't think either team has a player right now that can consistently take over a game. Yes, even considering Urlacher. He gets tied up on blocks too easily. Until he learns to shed blockers better, he shouldn't make this list.

I mentioned Ahman Green as their scariest player, for just that reason, but in reality the Chiefs scariest player as well as the Packers is not a player, but their Offensive Lines. Both are top-notch which leads to their RB's success.

lol yeah and I'm sure Mike Rosenthal remembers too. Four sacks on Daunte...damn that game was ugly. I turned it off and then back on again three times. I was so pissed!

Speaking of surprises I am surprised no one else has mentioned Jamie Sharper from the Texans. I agree Davis and Johnson are studs but Sharper was a monster last year. He led the NFL in tackles and is probably one of the best side-to-side LBs in the league. His instincts are amazing and he is excellent against the run. He will be my main concern when we play them this year.
