Re: My breakdowns for the KC Game

I meant 0 points at all this year during the first quarter. (Whoops) although the statement "0 points given up during the 1st quarter at home" is literally true ;D

    Great break down.

Only thing I disagree with you on is the outcome.

    Vikes 27 (YUP 27) KC 13
    LOL.
So is it 3 TDs and 2 FGs, or 9 FGs? ;D

I really look to see our WR's score this week.
Ran alot during the Atlanta game, Passed a bit more against the Lions.
Looking for it to come together against the Chiefs.

These are two teams that really don't like each other.
It should be an interesting game.
I would not surprise me if there were a couple of scrums after the whistle blows.

I kinda feel a Kleinsasser TD coming on. I'm serious. This is going to be a "Grinder" game.
I think maybe we could see alot of tight end catches and screens, with a few fullback runs mixed in for good measure. That is unless Kelly starts and does something crazy, like throw for 4 t.d's. Or Jackson is feeling better and goes on a rampage.

Did we attempt even one play action pass last week?
    I don't recall it.

Well, here's to hoping. I just think Childress might try a "power game." I have seen other posts on here where folks claim that chilli "hates" kleinsasser. I think not. kleinsassre would not be on the team if that were so. Does anyone else out there agree? Maybe coach will try a "power" game?

Childress has never made adjustments to his offensive scheme. I find it hard to believe he will now. I will believe it when I see it. Sometimes, Childress' scheme gets the job done. More often, it does not. The exact opposite is true of the defense, which I also give Childress credit for.

Now, I honestly hope coach does try the power game you talk about. IMO a steadfast committment to the run is exactly what this offense needs. Having Taylor and Richadrson back will help that.

Well this is his what, 19th game? I kinda have a feeling he might give his starting q.b. (whomever that may be) a chance to hit a power guy. I have faith in Childress now. I have to. His young q.b. just had a real bad game, and maybe coach has to start a new q.b., (Holcomb). I think he'll go to a power game. What else can he do? ???
