Thank you for helping me to see the light. You are my Purple Messiah.
Ya know, sometimes you really amaze me with your wit and intelligence. Other times (like this thread) your true self just shines through. Its sad...very sad.

Until The Chiefs are more consistent defensively, they won't be smelling the Super Bowl.
Kansas city improved their D just as much as we did. If not more.

but, the stakes are higher with it being the Vikings vs. the Raiders. There would be more EXCITING cause for folks to watch it. Come on, it's Moss going up against the Vikings! What could be better?!!!
I know, I know: the Packers vs. Vikings for NFC Championship!!! Any hey, that WILL happen too. It's just that us Packer fans will have to deal w/ another defensive meltdown/poorly thrown, crucial, last minute antics by our boys. We'll be heart broken...wanting nothing less than jumping off the Hoan Bridge...only seeing cloudy gray/meaningless days until word comes in that Favre will play another season.
That's a pretty good analysis Bono. That's why we like you here, you're a realist

    Lighten up :-P

I'm only sarcastic with people I like or don't mind.

If I'm being dead serious with you, THEN I probably don't like you.

Re: Moss apologizes in advance for any ‘antics’

I feel the pack does squeeze into the playoffs (like they have the last two years). But no way do they go to NFC championship game. In fact the Vikes may be playing them on their way to the superbowl.

I say the Raiders will be a lot better than last year. But the AFC is just so hard that they won't make the playoffs - maybe if they were in the NFC. Denver and San Diego will have something to say about how they fare in the division.

Holy crap are we only just a month away!!

Reading these boards makes me realize that we all have sooo much hope and expectations this season. Prepare for unbelievable ecstasy or horrid agony!!!!
