He needs sit rest season, even though we have slipped last 3 games. I still believe we dont need him down stretch. If i was coach he wouldnt play till we got to playoffs. I mean really, look at our last 7 games, i only see us loosing one if that. My friend thinks im nuts, what you all think?

i definitely think you are nuts. there is no guarantee you are gonna win any game. the NFL is full of parity and you never know what team is going to have your number on the sunday. dont rush moss on to the field, but when he is ready, you put your playmaker on the field. give me a break here...i know some of you viking fans think im crazy, but read what this guy just wrote...jeez. listen to what you wrote, we have slipped the last 3 games? duh, no moss! moss is the best receiver and if the vikes wanna win the division, they need him. plain and simple.

Lol, look at DC's stats without him, he has done fine finding other people to throw to. What im saying is a hamstring injury is worst then most people think, especially for speed type receiver he is. And im almost willing bet he wont be 100% by Jacks where he is projected to start.

Dude we need moss whether you like it or not to even get to the playoffs. The playoffs isint guaranteed for us even though the schedule is in our favor. Moss could be used to put us over the top and eek out wins against opponents we should beat.

Remember we had a hard time with opponents that were inferior so i think we need moss. We cant wait to insert moss or it could be too late.

    Well, I think you're nuts.....
The Vikes need to put the best team available on the field each week. And that includes Moss.
Lets see, I believe Culpepper in Moss' absence has thrown 120 fewer yards per game and half the TD's per game. And oh yea, they lost the last three games......

If you keep Moss out the rest of the season, (As you suggest) the Vikings won't make the playoffs.

Thats true XTAP, he practicly played all last year with plantar fascas in his foot, he's had nagging injuries throughout his career. Despite the injuries he's put up huge numbers.

    Here's my play:

You lose Bennet, Smith comes in and runs better.

Smith gets hurt, Moore comes in and runs better.

Kleinsasser gets hurt, Wiggins comes in and plays better.

The only player you have not been able to replace has been Moss. You've been able to plug and play with any other position, except what Moss brings to the team.

In short: if Moss doesn't come back able to play like Moss should this season, you won't make the playoffs. Period.

He disrupts the defense too much, and without him, you are an above average offense coupled with a struggling defense. With him, I think you're the best offense in the league.
Have you ever seen a race of turtles, and they all go the wrong way instead of towards the finish line?

Look at our record without him. Besides look at DCs stats before he got hurt and compare them to those when he had no moss.
