The thing I always hated about Sapp was that he wouldn't run full speed.
He would literally jog chasing a big play (on one play Jared Allen outran him) I also remember Deion Sanders saying "RUN" after he got an INT and got chased down from behind.
I seriously thought he was just extremely slow for a while...
